I’ve been a dancer my whole life, but always hated going to the gym. I found REFIT® on YouTube one day when I was dreading going to the gym. I fell in love with the instructors, the music and the uplifting vibe. Flash forward to a few months after giving birth and I decided I needed an outlet. I decided to become certified in REFIT®. My hope as an instructor is to encourage my participants to be the best version of themselves and enjoy their workout! My studio, Heart & Soul Fitness is now open in Concord, CA.
