REFIT® REFUEL CHALLENGE: Week 1

If you're feeling depleted from the hustle and bustle of back to school, you may need to refuel for a couple weeks with energy-rich, nutrient-dense eating...and we've got a helpful guide to make that possible (and EASY)!

 

It's our REFIT® REFUEL CHALLENGE:

1. An organized GROCERY LIST for the entire week along with bulk prepping recommendations to make weekday cooking quicker and easier.

2. MENU AND GUIDELINES so you know how to prepare your taste buds!

3. RECIPES conveniently listed on one sheet of paper. Each recipe is made with minimal ingredients, no-fuss cooking techniques, and fueling nutrients.

 

We're challenging you to eat with us for TWO weeks, so check back next week for a new meal plan! FYI, this isn't a contest.  There is no grade or award system.  It's simply a personal challenge to help you get back in the groove of properly fueling your body! Let's do this!!

The quinoa black bean bowl mentions corn, but I don't see it in the ingredients. One can, drained? I'm looking forward to trying that one, for sure!

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS!! I struggle with grocery shopping, meal planning, prep, etc. - esp. healthy, easy and affordable. May seem silly, but all of this is a great source of anxiety for me. These menus/lists/recipes are game changes for my family. Thank you for making yourselves available for God's work. He is definitely using you to bless others.
