Each year I learn something new - a new move and new ways to lighten up my everyday life - but more importantly my body enjoys the change and the challenge.
I have learned so much and grown so much. I’ve gained strength, flexibility, and self-confidence. The whole program (exercises, fuel challenges, and minute mindsets) made for a well-rounded state of mind.
This is my first time doing this challenge and if it’s anything like the Kick it Up! Challenge then I’m excited to get started! This is the best present I could give myself this holiday! I’m ready to challenge myself and my bodies limits as well as get back in track with my fitness goals.
My three favorite things about this challenge (aside from interacting with all of the awesome people):
1) The variety of very creative movements (the workouts were never boring!);
2) The fabulous, timeless, helpful minute mindsets; and
3) the sometimes pumping/inspiring, sometimes beautiful/soothing music selection.
I have loved every second of this challenge but particularly the “move” days since I think they help so much with everyday movements and range of motion. They’re just so different from anything I’ve ever done before.
I am stronger, more limber, and more confident today (Day 18)! These challenge moves or functional fitness moves are amaaaazinnggg!!
