You'll love our 8 REFIT sessions where all you need is yourself and a desire to move! Similarly, our 3 HIT sessions require no equipment – just your enthusiasm and willingness to work at your own pace.
For our 6 REV+FLOW sessions, you'll need a mat and a pair of light hand weights (2-3 lbs), while we focus on functional fitness, mobility, and flexibility. Finally, bring your mat to our 3 rejuvenating Stretch sessions. To keep comfortable during all sessions, we recommend wearing clothes you can move freely in and bringing water to stay hydrated.
