Anyone can attend RECON23 by purchasing one of the 3-day passes: Instructor Pass, General Admission Pass, or Companion Pass. Current and currently enrolled REFIT® Instructors can attend RECON at a discounted rate.
How can I connect with my fellow attendees?
Connecting with RECON attendees is important to us which is why we use Slack to keep the conversation flowing! Slack is a great place to find roommates, get fundraising suggestions, get the latest RECON updates, find a carpool buddy, and much more! Be sure to join the Slack channel from the link in your registration email.
Can I register a group of people?
Yes! At checkout, you'll be able to adjust how many tickets you'd like to purchase. You will need to provide each ticket-holder's name, email, shirt size, and phone number.
PLEASE NOTE: Perks and Extras are only available for people who have paid registrations. If you have early access to register, you cannot purchase a perk for a friend who hasn't registered yet.
Can I attend RECON23 virtually?
Absolutely! RECON DEMAND Passes will be sold at a later date though NOTHING takes the place of the in-person experience! This year will be the best RECON yet! Don't risk the FOMO--join us in person!
I'm coming alone. Will I find this experience FUN or awkward?
There's no such thing as "alone at RECON" because we are experts at creating an EVERYBODY BELONGS EXPERIENCE. Attending any event can be intimidating, and we work hard each year to combat feelings of loneliness or isolation. There are ample opportunities to connect with the REFIT community before, during, and after RECON. Though you'll feel lots of feelings at RECON, feeling "alone" won't be one of them!
I bought a Perk Pass but no longer want it. Can I get a refund?
Perk Passes are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your Perk Pass to another attendee by emailing [email protected] with the name of the new recipient. We will update the name on the ticket. Any payment transfer is the responsibility of the attendee.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may request a full refund of your registration within 7 days of your purchase. Following that, a $100 cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations made in writing to [email protected] on or before May 13th, 2023. Cancellations made after May 13th will be subject to a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued within 30 days of the event.
Payment Plans are not eligible for refunds, and are ONLY transferrable to a new, unregistered attendee at the time of transfer.

Can I bring a spouse/child?
Companion Passes are available for spouses and children of RECON23 attendees (limit one companion per attendee). The Companion Pass allows entry to large-group RECON sessions only and the two 90-minute live workouts (not breakouts or exclusive events); therefore guests should be prepared to plan other activities for themselves while RECON ticket holders are participating in break-out session.

Is RECON worth the investment?
RECON is an investment, and we want to honor the time and dollars you spend with us. We believe that the experience of RECON is rich and meaningful, and is a soul-fueling experience that's guaranteed to be a life highlight for many. The operational costs of RECON prevent us from offering lower ticket options, but our goal is to pack as much value into every hour, experience, and dollar!
What are the food options at RECON?
Your RECON ticket includes lunch on Saturday and Sunday, and those menu options will be made available to you at a later date. The Renaissance Hotel includes an on-site restaurant and is within 15 minutes of a variety of restaurants and grocery stores. Many attendees also take advantage of delivery services such as Uber Eats for their meals. We encourage all participants pack healthy snacks and refillable water bottles, and any items you might need if you have dietary restrictions.
What airport should I fly into?
Attendees flying into Dallas, TX have two options Dallas-Ft. Worth Airport (DFW) or Dallas Love Field (DAL). Both are within quick driving distance to the Renaissance Hotel & Conference Center. We recommend using Uber, Lyft, or Supershuttle for transportation to and from the airport-or carpooling with a RECON attendee.
TIP: Southwest Airlines flies into Dallas-Love Field. And, yes, we do love to fly Southwest.
I'm a REFIT Instructor, but I'm not teaching classes right now. Should I still attend?
ABSOLUTELY YES! Many, many instructors have shared that attending RECON gave them the vision, passion, and determination to get their REFIT® and REV+FLOW classes up and going (or going again!) But the honest truth is that RECON is about more than your classes -- it's an experience that changes YOU for the better. It will truly be one of the most incredible experiences of your LIFE.
Is there a pro-rated price to attend only part of RECON?
We're sorry! Pro-rated or limited-attendance passes are not available at this time.
I'm bummed the PRECON class sold out. Can I still come to Waco?
Yes, you can! We will be working to ensure that every attendee who visits REFIT HQ (aka the REFIT mothership) will have access to as many REFIT and Waco related things as possible. In previous years, many attendees visited the Silos and other shops around town, toured the REFIT HQ, and found many yummy restaurants to enjoy. It's definitely still worth the trip!
How do I apply for the REV+FLOW Training?
After you purchase the REV+FLOW training ADD ON, we will email you within 3 business days. That email will include everything you need to complete the application.
Applications will be assessed within 7 business days of submission.
The list of requirements can be found HERE in your REFIT X resources. Applicants for the live training will follow the same application process as outlined for all previous trainings. *You must be a REFIT Instructor to apply.
