Join us for a 30-minute "Mindful Movement and Meditation" session where we'll have a moment to get still and tune in to our bodies. There will be 2 sessions (one at 11:00 and one at 11:30), and we ask that you only attend ONE so we can maximize the number of people who get to experience this session!
