The Full Rally Pass ($299) is designed for current instructors and includes the complete Rally weekend: workouts, dance parties, hands-on learning, and instructor development. The Instructor Training Pass ($399) includes everything in the Full Rally Pass PLUS Sunday’s REFIT® or REV+FLOW Instructor Activation, designed for new, returning, and current instructors who want certification or additional training. The Community Pass ($129) is perfect for friends, family, and REFIT fans who want to join the fun! It includes Friday’s dance party, Saturday morning’s Rise & Rally experience, and Saturday night’s themed party, but not the instructor-focused sessions.
RECON is our national conference—a large-scale celebration that brings the REFIT community together from across the country for a signature event. REFIT Rallies are regional, intentionally smaller gatherings designed to bring instructor education, practical training, and community-building closer to home. With approximately 100 attendees per location, Rallies offer a more personal, hands-on experience focused on equipping instructors, strengthening local connections, and creating momentum in regional REFIT communities.
Absolutely! REFIT Rallies are for instructors AND the people they love to move with! Friends, family, and REFIT fans are welcome to join the fun with a Community Pass. And you don't have to attend with an instructor to participate! Every pass can be purchased on its own.
Yes, and we hope you do!
We're starting with a goal of 100 attendees per Rally, but final capacity may vary depending on the venue and location. Each Rally must also meet a minimum number of registrations to move forward. Spots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to register early! We'll communicate any changes to capacity or event status as plans are finalized.
Sunday is all about growing your skills and confidence as an instructor! Choose between two hands-on Instructor Activations: REFIT® or REV+FLOW. Both are designed for new, returning, and current instructors, with opportunities to practice, receive personalized feedback, and strengthen your teaching skills. New instructors will build on their online certification coursework, while current instructors will deepen their education and refine their technique. Both tracks run simultaneously from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM, so you'll choose one to attend.
October 31. Pick your city by then before our tickets are released to the public on November 2nd.

As we finalize plans for each REFIT Rally, all event details are subject to change, including dates, times, locations, venues, schedules, sessions, activities, instructors, and other programming elements. Events are also subject to minimum registration requirements and venue availability. We'll communicate any significant changes to registered attendees as soon as possible.
