- All selections are final. Changes cannot be made once you submit your form.

- Sessions are offered at no cost to attendees.
- If you are registering for another instructor, you must complete your personal registration first, then repeat the registration process a second time using the instructor's name, email, and phone number. (If you are an MVP or ALL-STAR pass holder, you may only register other instructors who are also MVP or ALL-STAR pass holders.)
- Companions are not eligible to sign up for Breakout Sessions.
- If you have purchased a Companion Food + Fit add-on for your guest, we will contact you individually about placing lunch orders for your guests.
