REGISTER EARLY TO GET FIRST ACCESS TO ONSITE ACCOMODATIONS: RECON26 will take place at the AC Mariott Hotel and guests who choose to stay onsite will receive special "hotel guest perks" throughout the event. We encourage you to stay onsite for the duration of the event (Thurs-Sun), and the hotel is also offering rooms before and after the conference at the conference rate! Hotel rooms at the AC Marriott and additional conference-blocks will open to registered attendees in late fall.

Yes! At checkout, you'll be able to adjust how many tickets you'd like to purchase. You will need to provide each ticket holder's name, email, shirt size, and phone number.I'm coming alone. Will I find this experience FUN or awkward?
There's no such thing as "alone at RECON" because we are experts at creating an EVERYBODY BELONGS EXPERIENCE. Attending any event can be intimidating, and we work hard each year to combat feelings of loneliness or isolation. There are ample opportunities to connect with the REFIT community before, during, and after RECON. Though you'll feel lots of feelings at RECON, feeling "alone" won't be one of them!When will I be able to purchase add-ons and sign up for breakout sessions?
Your admission ticket includes access to a packed schedule of informative and fun sessions. In 2026, you’ll be able to register for your favorite sessions and enhance your RECON experience with optional perks, ticketed events, and add-on benefits - stay tuned!What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel fully paid tickets through December 31, 2025 and receive a full refund.Payments made toward payment plans are non-refundable but transferrable. See the full cancellation policy here.
Is RECON worth the investment?
RECON is an investment, and we want to honor the time and dollars you spend with us. We believe that the experience of RECON is rich and meaningful, and is a soul-fueling experience that's guaranteed to be a life highlight for many. The operational costs of RECON directly influence the ticket price, but our goal is to pack as much value into every hour, experience, and dollar!What are the food options at RECON?
Your RECON ticket includes lunch on Friday and Saturday, and those menu options will be made available to you at a later date. The AC Marriott Hotel includes an on-site restaurant and is within minutes of a variety of restaurants and grocery stores. We encourage all participants pack healthy snacks and refillable water bottles, and any items you might need if you have dietary restrictions.What airport should I fly into?
Attendees can fly directly into Waco, TX, or make the 90 minute road trip to Waco after landing in Dallas, TX (Love Field or DFW) or Austin, TX.TIP: Southwest Airlines flies into Dallas-Love Field and Austin. And, yes, we do love to fly Southwest.

ABSOLUTELY YES! Many, many instructors have shared that attending RECON gave them the vision, passion, and determination to get their REFIT® and REV+FLOW classes up and going (or going again!). But the honest truth is that RECON is about more than your classes -- it's an experience that changes YOU for the better. It will truly be one of the most incredible experiences of your LIFE.Is there a pro-rated price to attend only part of RECON?

We're SO glad you asked - This year we've got some things up our sleeves for PRECON the week leading up to RECON's kick-off on Thursday, including multiple classes at the REFIT mothership: the REFIT Studio! More info about PRECON will be released in early 2026.What if I can't come to RECON?
