DAY 1 - ARRIVAL + ORIENTATION

Thursday is all about arrival, orientation, and connection. You’ll check in, meet your Super Squad, and step into the energy of RECON26 for the first time. Attend your first all-attendee workout and visit REFIT HQ. This day sets the tone — helping you settle in, find your people, and feel fully at home before the weekend begins.

DAY 2 - POWER UP

Friday is dedicated to Superhero Training Camp. You’ll move through breakout sessions designed to strengthen both body and confidence, and connect with event attendees through general sessions and small group meet ups. We’ll end the day with another all-attendee workout – theme to be revealed soon!

Saturday is the heart of RECON26 — big energy, bold movement, and unforgettable experiences. From large scale experience classes to showcases, themed events, and celebration moments, this is the day where creativity and community collide. You’ll sweat hard, cheer loud, and feel the collective joy of the League of Everyday Heroes.

DAY 4 - MOVE YOUR WORLD

Sunday is about integration and send off. You’ll move, reflect, and reconnect to what you’re taking home with you — physically, emotionally, and purposefully. This final day offers grounding movement, meaningful closing sessions, and a clear sense of direction as you prepare to return to your community recharged and ready to move your world.
