I was introduced to REFIT®️ in June 2015 and immediately knew this Tribe for me. The welcoming I received when I first walked in the door with my sister was the greatest feeling I have had in a long time. And then the music and moving started. Another great feeling and more affirmation this was for me. I attended classes for 2 1/2 years and was (still am) the class modifier for lower impact moves. This along with the positive atmosphere and support from the group confirmed in my heart that I needed to become an Instructor.
