I live in small town Saskatchewan (Waldheim) with my husband and 4 boys. I grew up about 3 hours south of here but moved to this wonderful town when I married my husband. After a few years of marriage, I started attending a REFIT® class in town and fell in love with it. It provided the fitness I needed, the fellowship and friendship I craved and some "me" time each week. From there, the instructor encouraged me to lead some songs with her or cover a couple classes here and there and eventually, to become certified. So in 2015, at the first Canadian REFIT® training, I received my REFIT® Instructor certification! Through the busyness of life and having and raising 4 little boys, REFIT® has remained a source of encouragement and has been life-giving to me. I pray that is the same for each person that enters through REFIT®'s doors! Fast forward to 2020 when I completed my REV+FLOW training. I am incredibly honoured and excited to bring this new format to my community!
