I have spent over 30 years learning, choreographing, and teaching various styles of dance. God blessed me when REFIT® classes were being taught in church in December 2017. On March 3, 2018 in Baton Rouge, I became a certified instructor. A few months later, I took one wrong step, rolling my ankle and dislocated my tibia and fibula. I needed to take some time off from dancing but I got back up and learned how to modify the choreography to adjust with a life-long injury. I moved down the bayou to Cut Off, LA with my 2 children in 2021 and married the love of my life, Barry Orgeron. I hope to spread the love to others and bring the community together using my God-given gift for dance, fitness, and healthy living!
