Hey there! My name is Teresa and I am originally from NJ (the shore) and moved to NC in 2003. I began teaching group fitness in 2013. I had no prior experience but my area didn't offer what I was looking for so I went out, found it and began to teach! It was so important to me to offer this as a ministry for everyone and to offer it free so no one would feel excluded. It has been a blessing more than I could have ever imagined. If you want to laugh, come to my class. If you want to cry, come to my class. If you want to fellowship with others, come to my class. There is no judgement and no fancy workout clothes required! Bring your children, they will enjoy it, too!
