I was born and raised in Pensacola, Florida. I found REFIT over 10 years ago, and have loved the message so much, that I decided to become an instructor myself and share the message. I have been married for 21 years and have 2 beautiful children. My days are filled like most, but I always make time for REFIT and Rev + Flow.
