Hello! I'm Nikki Bales Lanier. I have a 30 year old son, a 26 year old daughter and I'm the Gigi of an adorable grandson!

I have been a certified instructor since November 2013. Being surrounded by the incredible people in my classes has truly changed my life. My goal and purpose as an instructor is to provide a place where people of all ages and physical abilities have a safe, happy and loving environment to not only work out their bodies, but also their minds and spirits. Seeing teenagers dance right alongside their mothers and grandmothers- all of them laughing and having a blast together is my idea of the perfect class. Pricing:
Family friendly music and clean dancing (no twerking) All ages and physical abilities are welcomed. You do not need to be a member of the churches to join any of church classes. They are all donations only and open to the public. No reservation necessary. Just show up with a towel, bottle of water and a smile!<br />
Crunch Fitness classes must booked 22 hours before start time on their app or website. Class is listed as "So You Think You Can't Dance."
