I've been a dance fitness instructor since 2011 and joined the REFIT® family in April of 2015. In addition to teaching fitness classes, I've coached/taught gymnastics for 24 years. I live outside of Greenville with my husband, children and beloved pets.
This world and our lives are heavy enough, and when something as important as exercise and movement can be this fun- why would you do it any other way?!
Classes are held in the gym at St. Pauls Lutheran Church and Final Bow Center for Children’s Performing Arts, both in Greenville, OH.
Pricing:
St. Paul’s Lutheran classes are FREE (donations appreciated, but not required)
FINAL BOW classes are $7/class
