I was born and raised in Montgomery, Alabama. My original REFIT family is the Birmingham, Alabama area before moving to Murfreesboro, TN in 2016. I moved to Hendersonville, TN in July 2019. I am currently living in Hendersonville, TN. I am an American-born Taiwanese who embraces my cultural heritage. I like to dance and teach people more about what is REFIT®.
On Tuesday nights, I teach classes at 5:45 p.m. at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church. either at Bevington Hall or St. Joseph Hall. Also, sometimes I substitute for my REFIT partner classes on Thursdays at 5:45 p.m. at the same location.
From time to time, I will be subbing for my other REFIT instructor's class on Thursday nights at the same location as well, starting at 5:45 p.m.
Pricing:
