Hi all! Among many things, I am a mom, teacher, and daughter of the one true God. My journey to REFIT ® began in 2015 when I lost my grandmother to pancreatic cancer. It was the first time that I'd lost someone that close to me. Already devoted to God, my family, my work, and my church, I was filled with a desire to become the best version of myself, which started with the simple desire to live a healthier lifestyle.
I am so excited with what REFIT® offers, as it is so much more than just a fitness class! I've been a REFIT® instructor for 9 years and currently offer classes in West Liberty, Kentucky! Please click the Facebook link or email me for more questions. I would love for you to join us in class!
