I'm a busy mom of 2 active, crazy and silly boys. I love reading, playing my piano, playing board games with friends or family, and watching funny movies. I never would have thought I'd become a fitness instructor (just ask the members of my H.S. show choir how many times I asked, "Can we run that choreography just one more time?"), but here I am! I am pumped to be on this journey and can't wait to see what God brings from it! I've grown to love my REFIT family, and am so grateful to have a community where I belong.

Pricing:
Monday & Thursday evening classes at the Northend Community Center cost $6/class for non-members. If you are a member at any of Faith's fitness centers, these classes are FREE with your membership!
For the Sunday class at Community Reformed Church, there is no fee, but donations will be accepted to help cover costs and to help local charities. Suggested donation is $2-4/class. All ladies & all fitness levels welcome! *Children ages 5-17 may attend with a participating adult at CRC.
