My name is Orshi Nance and with Susan Ryder as a partner, we make Flourish Fitness REFIT. I am a wife, mother of 3 and an elementary school teacher.
During my own fitness journey, I have tried many exercise formats, but of all, REFIT is the one that completes my soul (and this is important). Through REFIT, I learned to love who I am; to share the joy that comes from fitness, but more importantly, from a loving, caring, and accepting community. We hope you will experience the same at our classes: may you leave stronger, empowered, and lifted in your spirit, equipped to flourish as women wherever your lives takes you.
Pricing:
We offset our renting costs by suggested donations of $3-5 per class.
