I found REFIT® nine years ago, when I thought I did not have any self esteem. I have found my self esteem (which was always there, but hiding). REFIT is a place where you can come and lay EVERYTHING on the floor and not pick it up when you leave. It is a class where we show you modifications so that makes it where EVERYBODY and EVERY BODY is welcome. Moving to music is exactly how I describe it. It is a NO judgement class.
