I started coming to classes in January, 2016. I had never felt so welcomed and accepted at any other gym/fitness class I had ever been in. The community was so gracious, that I wanted to be a part of it ASAP! I became an instructor in July 2016, and started the Thursday night classes at Emmanuel Baptist Church January of 2017. I became an instructor because to me it is so important to make others feel loved, accepted for who they are, and enough. REFIT has done that for me, and I just want to spread the love!!
