Tuesday’s at 6:30 p.m. and Sunday’s at 4:00 p.m. at the Copple YMCA-Lincoln, Nebraska.
I'm am also a substitute instructor at many different YMCA's across Lincoln, Nebraska.
I will sub for any REFIT® instructor having classes outside of the YMCA gyms.
