From REFIT® Instructor, Ruth, about her beautiful son, Paul:
"28 years ago, this little man came into my life. My first question was “ God, what did I do that was so bad that you did this to my son?“ It was my heart that always hurt, not his. After my husband died 14 years ago, I felt even more alone. I tried so many things but still always felt alone.

It wasn’t until I was dragged to a REFIT® event 3 years ago that an empty space in my heart began to fill. The REFIT® founders openly loved on my little man. They told all in the room that everyone was accepted at REFIT®. To someone who had struggled so long with feeling accepted, this was a balm to my soul. I love the way that this community – locally and nationally- has reached out to us and how much we have both benefited as a result.

So, as I celebrate Paul’s 28th Birthday, I want to thank the REFIT® founders for their hearts and vision. This community is the best gift we have received!"
