COVID-19 DAY WORKOUT CHALLENGE

COVID-19 Day Workout Challenge
Together we can #KICKCOVIDBUTT

What better way to #KICKCOVIDBUTT than with a 19-day workout challenge? 

Starting Thursday, March 19th, we’ll provide you with a daily challenge to get you up and moving + stay connected to the REFIT community during this time of #socialdistancing.

Here’s how you can participate:

  1. Download or screenshot a copy of the challenge calendar
  2. Complete one challenge per day. 
    • Challenges will be posted by 12 PM CST daily.
    • Challenges that say ROD/YT can be found on REFIT on Demand or YouTube.
    • All other challenges will be posted to our social media accounts
  3. Comment on the challenge post when you’ve completed it + post pics and/or video from your challenges and tag @refitrev and #kickcovidbutt

We can’t wait to continue choosing community > coronavirus with you during the COVID-19 Day Workout challenge.  We’re in this together, so let’s get moving!
