Your Journey to Becoming a REFIT® Instructor At REFIT®, we've helped hundreds of fitness enthusiasts transform their passion into purpose. Our proven training system works whether you're a workout regular or just discovering your love for movement.
Here's what your training includes:
- Get energized at our Friday night signature workout with the REFIT® community
- 90 min. workout event open to the public; cost included in training: 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM (Priority Access 6:00 - 6:30 PM)
- Learn how to create engaging, inclusive classes
- Master simple, effective teaching techniques
- Develop your own authentic teaching style
Your training registration package Includes:
- Complete digital training materials
- Official REFIT® certification program
- Ongoing instructor support & resources
- Participation in the Friday night REFIT Live Workout

Completion of the REFIT Instructor Training will also provide continuing education credits for the following: ACE – 0.8 CECs, AFAA – 6.0 CEUs, NASM - 0.6 CEUs
