I have been teaching group fitness since June of 2013. God has brought our community such freedom and joy with REFIT®. Our classes are like a great big party! Your size, shape, fitness level and coordination ability don't matter to us - just come, dance, burn calories and worship God! All are welcome.
Adding REV+FLOW to our weekly routine has brought such a beautiful balance to our workout community (literally and figuratively!) The two formats are perfect complements to each other.
