I found REFIT in the summer of 2013, and I immediately knew this was the fitness format that I wanted to share with others. Because, really, if we're going to exercise, we want it to be fun, uplifting, encouraging and with people who love us no matter what, right?! That's definitely what this SAHM of 2 kiddos needs!

I previously taught REFIT at two churches in the St. Louis area for 1.5 years, and in January 2016 my family and I relocated Columbus, Ohio, where I taught REFIT for middle and high school girls at the Central Ohio Youth for Christ City Life Center in Franklinton, and REV+FLOW through Upper Arlington Parks and Rec. In the summer of 2022 we moved to Natick, Massachusetts, and I hope to share this fitness experience with my new community soon!
