I was first introduced to REFIT® in April 2016 when a friend (and now fellow-instructor) shared with me some YouTube videos! I found a class in my area and started faithfully attending...after a year and a 1/2 I was hooked and decided to become a certified instructor myself! I love REFIT® because not only is it a fun way to do something good for my body, but it is good for my soul too. I found this community during a very difficult time in my life and it was exactly what I needed... I cherish the friendship, acceptance, and support I have found here, and I'm excited to be a part of this Revolution and bring hope to others in my local community!
