I discovered REFIT® in the most unexpected way while visiting family in my hometown during the summer of 2025. My sister invited me to a class—something I had never heard of before—and from the moment I walked in, I was hooked. As someone who never loved the gym or running, but who grew up dancing, REFIT® felt fun, freeing, and familiar in all the best ways. After class, the instructor encouraged me to look into REFIT®, and once I did, I realized their vision aligned perfectly with my own passion for building meaningful community. That experience led me to complete my training, and I became a certified REFIT® instructor in December 2025. I’m excited to continue growing and offering more classes in the future—my current schedule is listed below, and I’d love to move with you!
