As a mom of three boys it has been so hard to find time to prIoritize self care! I joined REFIT®️ in 2017 and fell in love the the community and fellowship! What a better way to take care of your self then with people you love??!! Now it has been such an absolute blast to grow as an individual, and now be able to provide that same experience to others!! So blessed to be a part of this amazing community!
