Hey there! I am a PhD student at Baylor University, studying New England women writers. I joined Refit two weeks after moving to Waco in 2018 and haven't looked back since.
Refit has been such a gift to me, being a place where I can come and work out, free from comparison and judgement. My goal is to foster that same freeing environment for everyone who comes to my Rev+Flow classes.
I love my husband, Troy, my rescue greyhound, Pippa, and gardening.
