This is a "WE show" not a "me show"- I can't wait to meet you. REFIT® focuses on the heart as a muscle and a soul. I was personally looking for something more than an average aerobic class. I have a passion for dance and I am compassionate about people. With REFIT® I can connect the two; build relationships and community while dancing. All levels welcome- no dance experience needed- just passion and motivation. If dance is not your thing TRY Rev& Flow by REFIT®, this is a low impact, high intensity workout. Strengthening and flexibility. Prepare to be moved and challenged!
