Music has always spoken to my heart, and somehow it expresses itself from the top of my head to the bottom of my toes. In other words, I love to dance, and REFIT® is an amazing way to give my body the movement it had been missing and desperately needed. I became a REFIT® Instructor in September, 2017, and with my "Sista", we brought REFIT® to our home church in January of 2018. REFIT® and our ladies keep me motivated. We accept and support each other while working-out our bodies, our smiles, and our hearts. The blessings I receive from REFIT® and our tribe are more than I could have ever imagined!
