Hi, I’m Gigi! I’m a Registered Nurse, personal trainer, and group fitness instructor with a passion for helping people feel strong, healthy, and loved—inside and out. God has blessed me with an amazing husband, Neil, who shares my love for Jesus and desire to live for Him.

I’ve been teaching group fitness since the 90s, and while I’ve taught a variety of dance formats, I sometimes felt uneasy about certain moves and lyrics as a Christian. Then God led me to REFIT®, and it was like finding home. This format brings together faith and fitness in a way that’s fun, uplifting, and completely family-friendly.

For me, REFIT® is more than a workout—it’s a place where everybody belongs, and where we get to move our bodies, lift our spirits, and worship God together. So grab your water bottle, bring your joy (or let us help you find it), and come dance with us!
