I have been doing REFIT for about 10 years. As a working mom I was looking for a fun workout program that could help me get fit and relieve stress. Everytime I would workout I would get so much joy from it! I am at a point in my life that I want to share what I have learned and bring it to my community. I couldn't be more excited to bring a program to you where everyone belongs!
