I am a wife to a wonderful supportive husband and mother of 2 awesome little ones. I moved to Washington state 15years ago from Las Vegas NV and fell in love with this beautiful state and people!
I was introduced to REFIT® by a fellow instructor in January 2018. I started watching the REFIT® YouTube channel every day and started attending local classes! I pretty much had REFIT® YouTube on repeat all day and I have been hooked ever since.
I, like many others, have struggled with getting healthy and losing weight for most of my life. I tried over and over to find something that would stick and nothing had. I did the gym countless times trying to find what would work and it always felt like I did not fit in or was not in shape enough for the gym.
That was until I found REFIT®. Where no matter what size shape, age or experience REFIT® Is the perfect fit for everybody and even BODY. I love how arms are wide open with hugs of encouragement and love for Community.
REFIT® has truly changed my life not only am I losing weight but I found where I belong!
