I grew up in NZ, married a man from the states and moved to Knoxville to raise my family. Now I’m back in my home country and with me I brought new skills I learned from the US. One of them being REFIT.
I am a part time ECE teacher and Mum to 3 awesome boys. I love to dance. I love adventure.
Teaching REFIT is a dream come true. It’s more than a fitness class. It’s a community sharing their experiences and having fun in the process. I would love to share it with you.
