I fell in love with REFIT after just one class! It wasn't just that the workout was fun but also the people. I love the community that comes along with each REFIT class. Every time you walk through the door you feel like you belong there. Back in 2018, that positive community was something I needed more than I realized. I couldn't have imagined after just a few months of taking classes I would become an instructor! Being a fitness instructor is something I never thought I would do but that's the best part of REFIT really is for every body and everybody. In 2021, I took the next step in my REFIT journey and became a REV+FLOW instructor. REV+FLOW continues to be my favorite way to exercise.

Northside Church offers several classes taught by different instructors. I teach REV+FLOW on Sundays at 4pm and Wednesdays at 6:30pm.<br /><br />

After that, it's $3 a class or $20 for a 10 class punch card.
