Hello Future Revolutionaries! I am a 48 year old stay-at-home mom of four who has been crazily-happily married to my high school sweetheart for 27 years. I walked into my first REFIT® class in 2016 and had an absolute BLAST!! The energy, the music, the dancing, the acceptance, the community ... I was hooked. It was so much fun that I completely forgot that I was working out. WIN, WIN!!
I became an instructor in January of 2018 and currently lead our morning classes. We currently offer 3 opportunities a week to dance, sweat, move, connect and have fun!!
