Hey there! I'm Laura! I'm a wife, a mom, and a longtime life lover! I am a stay at home mom to 2 wonderful kids. I love REFIT and REV+FLOW so much and they're constantly bringing joy into my life. They allow and encourage me to be 100% myself and feel free! I became an instructor because they changed my life for the better and I want to help it do the same for others.
