I am a single Mom to two amazing young men. I teach in the St. Tammany Public School system. I fell in love with REFIT® while watching their videos on YouTube. In 2016, I took a leap of faith when I discovered there was an instructor training in Baton Rouge. Now I am thrilled to be able to share this Revolutionary Fitness format with the Northshore community. I hope you'll take a chance and check out one of our classes.
