I grew up moving between Minnesota and Missouri several times. I love both states, and after attending college I was led by the Lord to teach in Marshfield, Wisconsin! I teach third grade, along with 1-8 Grade Music class at a Lutheran school.
I love incorporating movement with my students daily! Eight years ago I started attending a group dance fitness class and loved it! Because I love music and was now interested in putting dance moves to Christian music I started looking on Youtube for Christian dance fitness ideas. I found REFIT and loved the videos!
I have used movement+music often with my students and about 7 years ago I started inviting my friends to our school gym in the evenings and we'd workout to Christian dance songs I created or that were from REFIT's Youtube page! We had a blast!
In January of 2018 I signed up to become a REFIT instructor and went to the February training in Owatanna, Minnesota. I have gotten to teach now Fitness, Funk, and Praise REFIT classes at several area churches in Marshfield, Wisconsin!

As of December 2022 I became a REV+FLOW instructor!

This past June (2023) my family moved to St. Louis, Missouri. I have started classes at Immanuel Lutheran in Olivette! Come to REFIT or REV+FLOW!
