My name is Lauren. I have been a REFIT® participant since 2017 and immediately fell in love with the community and the workout! I was certified in October of 2019 and I feel so blessed by where this journey has taken me! I can't wait for more!
I have two boys, one is 9 and the other is 5. I love the example I am setting for them by investing in my health and my heart.

Pricing:
Drop in fee for classes is $5. Discounts are available via a punch card or a membership.<br /><br />
