I am a Siouxland native, growing up in South Sioux City, NE. I attended Morningside College and have been teaching K-5 Physical Education in South Sioux City for 27 years. I am a wife and mom of 2 kiddos! 👨👩👧👦 I am so excited to bring my love of music, fitness, and dance to our community! I love connecting with people and bringing joy and positivity to those that cross my path. REFIT® is like no other fitness experience I have seen. It is truly a place where every BODY belongs and I cannot wait to share it with you! ❤️
