Blast From Past - I was a 1980’s Dance Fitness Instructor 😅
I Love Dance Fitness - Love Refit - So Blessed to find a Fitness Program that Fits - My heart & Style of Fitness.
I was a ”Life Aerobic” Fitness Instructor for 15 Years - A Christian Dance & Toning Fitness Program that started in the early 80’s.
I received my 15 Year Instructor Award - then stopped Instructing when my son was diagnosed with a rare childhood cancer at age 17.
God in his mercy brought our family thru that season - Our Son is a 20 Year Cancer Survivor!.

5 Years Ago - I discovered Refit - on You Tube👏👏👏
I became an Instructor and now have a Multi-Generational - Faith Based Refit Class at ”JC Fit Gym” inside the Junction City School of Dance Studio in Oregon.
This past month - Anna Royer - a new Instructor from the 2019 Portland Training has joined my Team! We are now ”Refit with Peg & Anna.”
Annie is one of my daughter Heidi’s life long best friends.
Annies Mom is my best friend!
So - it’s a GOD WINK” for me to be Co-Instructing with Anna - passing my passion for Dance Fitness onto this next generation😍

As a Retired Educator from Junction City Public Schools - I Currently stay very busy!
I Instruct Refit. - 3 Mornings Weekly - My husband and I have a small.business called ”Charleezbin” I am blessed to Spend lots of time with my Grandkids, and am honored to be the manager for caretaking needs of my elderly disabled parents ❤️
