I never thought I would instruct something that involved working out or any type of fitness. I have been involved in REFIT® and REV+FLOW in person, online and On Demand on and off for the last several years. Finally, I stuck with it and with months later with major results here I am! Why did I stick with it? IT IS FUN! I've always felt like I Belong regardless of the REFIT platform i was involved with. I want to spread the joy and results of REFIT with others and help make sure we all know EveryBODY Belongs! Everyone is welcome to our classes! Every move can be modified. We offer several options so you can customize the workout for YOU and what YOUR body needs.

Married and I have 3 beautiful children, 18 year old daughter, 13 year old son and 12 year old daughter who enjoys REFIT® as much as I do!! Actually, if you come to a class you may catch Sarah (the 12 year old) leading a song on stage with us! I also have a 5 year old fur baby, Uno!
