For me, REFIT is not just a whole body workout, it's a WHOLE body experience.

As a woman with many hats, I found I wasn't always prioritizing my own health and wellness. But you can't pour out of an empty cup! Once I started participating in REFIT classes, I realized that not only was I not dodging working out anymore (ahem, I'm not alone... right?!) but it wasn't just my body that got stronger; it was so much more.

I gained newfound confidence and stamina. I deepened my faith and found a community that I love. My stress and anxiety had an outlet, too!

I am so excited to share with others the life-changing and life-giving outcomes REFIT has brought to my life and can bring to theirs!

Pricing:
All classes are $5 per class. Participants can also purchase a punch card which gives them a discount and can be used at any location where I hold classes. (*Note: The Old Mill location is currently only for teachers at that school.)
