Hi! I'm Tiffany! I've been teaching REFIT® since August 2017. I love teaching REFIT® and building a community of beautiful women that have fun sweating and encouraging one another. We are about participation, not perfection! In August 2018 I was certified to teach the new REV+FLOW format. It has quickly become one of my favorite formats to teach. REV+FLOW is low impact/high intensity. You will leave REV+FLOW feeling stronger and ready to conquer the next challenge in front of you. We accept anyone, at any age, and any fitness level! I can't wait to see you there!
